Linda “Linder Lou” Maley, also known as Du by her sweetie, has been du’in it in the kitchen for as long as she can remember. Not a chef by training, Linder was encouraged early on to experiment in the kitchen by her fearless gourmet mother. The kitchen is a place for fun and adventure (did I mention fun?) and enticing folks with food is the name of the game. Nothing is more satisfying than sharing her culinary creations with those around her with a little bit of sass and love in every bite.
Here there is the food, the whole food and nothing but the food – no artificial ingredients used. If it ain’t real, it don’t belong here. We strive to buy local and organic but understand that’s not always possible due to budget and location…. but it sure is cheaper than take-out!
Always on the search for new recipes, ingredients, suggestions, tips and times savers, Du surfs the net in her spare time and confesses she is addicted to cookbooks….
